Medical Spa Cancellation Policy

At Chehr Laser & Medical Spa, we understand that your time is valuable, and we are committed to providing all our clients with exceptional care. In order to do so, we kindly ask that you read and understand our cancellation policy.

24-Hour Advance Notice

To help us deliver the best possible service to all our clients, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. This allows us to manage our practitioners' schedules and accommodate clients on our waiting list.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please call us at 346-672-5241 during our business hours. If you must cancel outside of business hours, you may leave a voicemail or send us an email at info@chehr-laser.com. Please include your name, the scheduled appointment time, and a contact number in your message.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be considered late cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a charge of $50, which must be paid before booking your next appointment.

No-Shows

Missing an appointment without notifying us, also known as a no-show, may result in a charge of $150. This fee must be paid prior to scheduling any future appointments.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you need to cancel within the 24-hour period for an emergency, please let us know as soon as possible. We may waive the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Late Arrivals

Please note that arriving late for your appointment may require us to shorten the length of your treatment, with full charges applied. This ensures that our next client's appointment can begin on time.
